Mission Statement
Alliance of Minnesota Chinese Organizations (AMCO) is a nonpartisan, 501 C3 nonprofit umbrella organization dedicated to strengthening collaboration and fostering unity among Chinese and Chinese American community organizations throughout the State of Minnesota.
AMCO promotes people-to-people exchanges and mutual understanding between the United States and China, while encouraging educational, economic, cultural, and other forms of cooperation and exchange. It supports and encourages members of the Chinese community to actively engage in civic life and contribute to the well-being and diversity of local communities.
AMCO is committed to preserving, promoting, and celebrating Chinese cultural heritage through educational, cultural, and community programs and events. It also strives to protect the lawful rights and interests of the Chinese and Chinese American community, foster mutual assistance and solidarity, and advance the common welfare and sustainable development of the community.
